Good morning! Finally a break from the rain. So I am heading out this morning with some friends for a 8.6 mile run along the Sacramento River. That is after S&H Biceps and Back. Then Bodymax Chest. Have a great day!...:)...Carole

Hello everyone,

Cardio day for me today, 30 min nordictrarck, 20 min bike, 20 min stairmaster and 20 min rowing at a decent heartrate, 75-85%. I love my new CDs they keep me moving! LOL
 
ood morning! Did TimeSaver 5 today.. my legs are still shakin'! I don't have Legs & Glutes but it says that a lot of the TS5 comes from L&G. This one is a killer for me! Plan to do all the TS this week then alternate weeks with PUB and PLB next week with treadmill for cardio.

This a.m I did superset,1/2 K,P,&C,(and abs)and a 40 min run.I was PMSing earlier but now I think I am finally in a good mood:) Men don't know how good they have it!

I did ps legs -fitprime core first floor legs only-and ps shoulders tricep and chest in that order.I've had to add my legs to upper body so I can allow rest because I started taking a powercut class at the gym and that will be tues this week so I had to double up.Tuesday at the gym will be 2 classes back to back cardio kicks and powercut so I'm doing cardio only tommorrow and wed.And then reg schdule no doubles till maybe next week.
 
I did Step Blast today. It was so much fun I might do it again tomorrow even though I should be doing weights. Decisions, decisions.
