Hi,from everything i've read it is ok to workout if the illness is from the neck up say something like a head cold or bad allergies,now from the neck down is a whole different thing though,when you continue to workout with an illness that is below the neck ,your chest cold,your taking a chance on having the virus that's already attacking your lungs being spread to say your heart for example due to the increase in circulation of your blood when you workout . I am not sure if i am explaining this right because i am not a doctor but i am sure of the principle behind what i am trying to say,i have chronic health issues and have had to ask doctors and read up alot on the subject in order to help myself to stay as heathy as i can. So please just rest your body will thank you for it !!And by the way i love your saying ,go hard or go home !!
