Ankle feels pretty good since I rested it. Since dr cleared me to workout (just limit things that aggravate it) I did 60 min of spinning, limiting standing, especially standing sprints(my neck thanks me too). Ronne, I despise shopping. You'd think that'd save me money somehow, but online makes it too easy. Mary, MRI is Thursday, but can't get back into dr until the 29th! I'm leary of all the options! For different reasons. A friend who had a chip says get it removed. It's so odd that now it's causing problems. Must be age.
