Cathes " Body Blast Series." Or "Intensity Series" Or" Her Cross Train Express series". Or Maybe just all 3 series LOL .I only have Hardcore so far . Just itching for more here .
I only have one of the Body Blasts, KPC and L&G (which you DEFINITELY need!), but I would have to say to go with the Intensity Series. They are so versatile and so many people here have achieved great results from this series. The Pyramids and Boot Camp alone are totally worth it, IMO!
I guess it really depends on your goals and needs, but I like the Body Blast series the most out of these three (although I do still really enjoy the other two). CTX is a great series for coming back after a break, for time deficient weeks or for mixed workouts.
My vote goes to the Intensity Series. The others are must-haves as well. So yeah, get all of them. Seriously, I got the most strength and endurance gains from the Intensity Series. And Imax 2 really improved my cardiovascular capacity.
I love the Intensity series. All of the workouts with that are awesome. I have some of the other series, but intensity series is the best all around. So yep, I vote for IS.
Intensity Series is my first pick. Then, I'd go with the Body Blast Series. Both of these series are an absolute MUST!! Finally, the CTX series- for me it just doesn't have the fun factor and intensity as the other two.
