whats best rotation of cathes for upper body

Lori BC

Cathlete
What's the best rotation for upper body strength and definition of Cathe's? I appreciate all suggestions! Lori BC

I want to say that one of the past couple rotations that Cathe did was called upper body bliss...Go to the rotations forum and start looking! It's there!

On the other hand, we all have our favorite upper body "booster"...Of the videos/DVD's I have, Slow and Heavy is my favorite...I've also heard wonderful things about pyramid upper body and gym styles...

Someone else jump in!!

Here it is!

Here's is Marlene123's original "tank top arms" rotation:

Day #1: Pure Strength Chest, Back, Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps
Day #2: CTX Leaner Legs
Day #3: CTX Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps plus cardio
Day #4: Cardio
Day #5: MIS
Day #6: Cardio
Day #7: Cardio or rest

As you can see, this routine works shoulders, biceps and triceps three times per week, chest and back twice and legs twice.

NOTE: Marlene also said that she does this rotation for 10 weeks, then switches to a S&H rotation for 3 weeks.

*This rotation will bring definition to your upper body, just remember to go as heavy as you can with weight, but using proper form and able to complete each rep/set.

Hi Lori,

I would say any rotation that involves either S&H or the Gym Styles. I've been using those for awhile now and have gotten good results.

HTH!:)

Debbie, when it says cardio, which cardio and for how long? I appreciate your help. Lori BC

RE: Here it is!

Hi Lori! I think any of Cathe's cardios would be fine. Maybe make one of them an interval workout, one a kickbox workout and the other a step workout just for variety but any cardio will do. Let me know how it works for you. Glad I could help!
