(and brats before I went veg); hmmm - I would use the cherry butter anywhere you would want something sweet, tart. You could even use it as a condiment on sandwiches; you could do like Janis indicated and make a savory out of it to serve with wine, cheese and crackers (oh, yum) It would probably even work fine on it's own for that - on a wheaty cracker with smoked gouda!! oh, goodness - the possibilities are endless and now I'm getting hungry!
