When you are rolled out to the end of your legs, trying to maintain "stability" on the stability ball and then you have to lift the cheeks (you know the cheeks I'm talkin' about!) into the air?
I am thinking....who in the heck thinks these moves up?
No stability ball, so I do all mine from the floor, but during the "walking planks" I'm often thinking, "and does she even realize there are some moves just not meant for us abdominally challenged chicks?"
And when your resting on that ball lifting your burning leg in the air and she says "you can use ankle weights"........fess up...how many are really using ankle weights vs. how many are throwing something at the screen when she makes this statement????
I hate to admit that this is but one of many Cathe's videos that you may hear me saying "What the *&^%$###%##$$)!!!!! is this woman trying to get me to do!?!?!?!?!" Of course, I've learned to mumble this under my breath since I have 3 small children always underfoot.
Have you ever wondered how Cathe starts out like this but by the end of a lot of her work outs she is like this }( ? But, when you are done she is back to !! Or maybe its me going from to x( to ;( and then after I'm all done I'm at during the stretch.
Never thought of it as "flopping" around on the ball...but, YES, that is my fav part too! It feels sooo good!
