Hi All,
I am very new to the Cathe workouts, although I have been working out at home for over 15 years. I have High Step Circuit and Step Works. I can get through High Step Circuit and I use 7 pound weights, I don't like the bands and a lower step for the leg work. Step Works is still tough
but I am working on learning the steps every day.
Today I was going to do High Step Circuit with her stability ball routine and then do at least 15 mins of Step Works. As I learn the tape I add 5-10 mins a day more.
My question to the forum is " what should be my next purchase so I can start a rotation"? My main concern right now is to lose weight.
