Coming back to working out after a long break (injury/illness)

Looking for another series to do after LMR, ICE & LITE rotations for some more variety.
Any suggestions on intermediate level, or something can be modified to be intermediate?

Thanks.

You could look at the ICE and LITE guides to see what series she has used in her rotations. That would be my first move. Are you looking for more cardio or more weights? XTrain has low impact cardio, as does RWH. XTrain has a good heavy weight selection, and of course you lift to your abilities, so easy to modify.the Legs disc I find intermediate. I’d look for low impact cardio, and kickboxing. Gloved Up from 2023 is very nice. Perfect30 is another to look at. once you learn how to modify, you can modify pretty much anything. It’s all about what works for you. Even Crossfire & To The Max have low impact premixes that are useful if you want more cardio.

Before there was ICE/LITE, Cathe had an Intermediate rotation listed here:

I meant to add if you don't have the dvds listed as they are all pre-2007, you can sub in a similiar one. And if you don't like step cardio, you can sub in a cardio of choice.

There are also intermediate rotations created by Cathletes in the rotations forum ... I think there were a couple by fitnessfreak ... I'll see if I can find them to link.

You can look at Perfect fit series. Scroll into the user guide for rotations.

ETA : I suggest you try the main short program. 30 minutes and build up from there. This series is an advanced one. For each exercice you can still modify as suggested by snowlover below.

Just remember you can always adjust a workout to the level you wish. Lighter weights, doing every other rep, lower step height and/or doing a time saver premix are all ways to make a workout a little less intense and more to your preferred level, from beginner up to super advanced. Years ago, starting with Cathe, I jumped right in to advanced weightlifting workouts only by doing
extremely light weights. Thought I was in shape but what a wake up call! I did her workouts at my level and gradually improved.
