What do you do?

Cathe,
You are in such great shape and I know you are a mommy too. Could you please share with us your workout schedule and maybe the workouts that you do? I would love to be able to have the shape and definition that you do even if it means working out harder. I work out every day and still can't seem to get what you have. I would appreciate any hints or workout that you may have.

Did you go on the "home " page under Behind the Scenes- Intensity Series? Cathe speaks of how she got into such great shape after having baby number 2! Hope this helps! Susan
