What can Brown do for me?

My Cathe order came yesterday. My CLX order came today. YIPPEE!!!!:D I'd clap, but I just got done with S&H Chest & Back, and my arms won't move.:eek:
 
I'd like to hear more. Anybody else want to chime in with their opinions and experiences with CLX?
Hi,

I really like CLX. The workouts are short but intense. I completed an 11 week rotation.
I did 3 weeks of the lean phase instead of 4 weeks because I missed kettlebells so much I went back to those for 2 weeks. Then I missed CLX a lot. Now I am incorporating both. I plan on doing each phase for 2 weeks. My posture improved a lot with CLX and upper body definition was noticable. Lower body, not to much changes but less flab on my legs. I am short 5' 2" and my lower body is very stubborn to change. I did not follow the CLX diet either. I did on gain any weight or inches and my clothes fit better now. I have always loved strength training and used many of Cathe's DVDs. I think CLX is a great program for me and don't care to go back to hour long strength workouts.

Cindy, thank you for your information. I'm 5'2" with a stubborn lower body as well. I'm excited to start the workouts. How are you incorporating Kettlebells? I would miss them, too.
