So I was doing Circuit Max yesterday afternoon. I was really psyched because THIS was going to be the week I got back into six workouts per week, no excuses anymore.
And not 15 minutes into the workout, I fell on my a$$ because I twisted my ankle while doing those side-kicky things!
Then foolishly, the hero in me walked it off for about two minutes and finished the workout rather than stopping. "I'm NOT going to be fat forever," I said out loud.
Well, I'm RICE-ing my Sunday away now.
How long does it take a sprained ankle to heal? Do you have to see a doctor?
I suppose I can still do core workouts, as long as it's just situps and stuff...
