Weekend Workouts? Sat and or Sun.

Hello Friends.

Today, I've decided on IMAX2. It came to mind from other forum and started thinking, I've haven't done that one in a LONG time.
Sunday might be weight training from 4DS, one hour, from a premix.

Don't forget to spring ahead on Sunday by setting your clocks.

This pregnancy has made me so nauseous that workouts have been pretty hard to do but I'm hoping to do Muscle Max or something else total body tonight, and some cardio tomorrow - maybe LowMax step only. Hoping to fit in Classical Stretch a time or two also.
 
This morning I think I'm feeling like doing something with a lot of "fun factor"....most likely Step Blast followed by some ab work.

For Sunday, I'm planning PUB, hopefully followed by some cardio..maybe the step portion of MIC. Who knows though...I can never stick to a workout plan! :p

Good Morning Everyone in Catheland!

Today is suppose to be a rest day but I am doing my new Cardio Coach today on the treadmill followed by Stretchmax 2. Tomorrow starts Week 3 of my rotation GSC & MIS chest& Rhythmic step section #1, 2 & 3 only. I absolutley love this Rotation!

Today is KPC 30-40 min cardio premix followed by LIC total body sculpt.

Tomorrow is Drill Max plus some abs on my own.

Today, it'll be AOS Providence followed by today's Crossfit WOD - hang squat cleans 7x3.

Sunday will be grouting the bathroom floor, for time. :+
 
Gayle have fun with AOS Providence! I LOVE that one!

Today is a 7-10 mile hike with Jimmy the Wondermutt - depends on how I feel at the 7 mile turn around point.

Tomorrow I'm thinking a Spinervals Sweating Buckets/PLB mish mosh. Might add on some kettlebells, too. We'll see.
 
Today I did Tracey staehle's walking strong at the gym, followed by yoga from my head.

Tomorrow, the Leg Drills from Kick Max (they help my knees feel better - so as self prescribed rehab rather than as exercise), Core Max first section, Rainbeau Mars Yoga for Beauty Dawn.

Oh yes...clocks ahead...which means I will lose an hours sleep:-( And I also got the crappy end of the deal when the clocks went back cause I was working and had the honours of working 14.5 hours! Anyway, enough about that.

Todays workout was HSC and a 6 mile run. Im not sure what tomorrows workout will be yet. Ill think of something Im sure.

Today is a rest day, though I might do some yoga later.

Tomorrow (Sunday) will be Low Max intervals 1-4 holding a medicine ball on the blasts (thanks for that Aquajock--think that was originally your idea). I just hope the DOMS in my quads from yesterday's BFL lower body workout is better by then. Ouch.
