25-Min Rebounder Power Walk with Weighted Vest | 2,000 Steps for Bone Strength & Endurance

It was a nice finisher after CD’s fast basic step today- 135-145 BPMs. Which I thought was lots of fun and great music! Finished with abs.

Michelle also had some great tunes which surprised me. I will need to check out more rebounding workouts.

workout. Yes, she seems very professional & very good at cues, I think. Another
one of hers I like is Standing Cardio Abs with Ankle & wrist weights( not on
rebounder) …a lot of fun…
 
Walked up to Clingmans Dome bordering NC and Tennessee. Don't know how long because when you get to the top there is an observation tower. It was a very steep climb the whole way making it a very steep decline down too. I have over 8500 steps for the day but that was some shopping also. One thing says that Clingmans Dome is a 1 mile trek up and a mile back and something else says it is 1.5 miles up and the same of course back.

I also broke a tooth yesterday or Thursday and I now have pain when I chew on it. Plus I have 3 teeth missing on the other side due to prep before getting a implant bridge, so eating isn't fun right now and we don't go home til Wednesday. Fun fun!
 
Calico…. i’m so sorry to hear about the tooth. Very painful! Hoping some over-the-counter meds can help you. How’s the temperatures with the hikes? I know you said you’re in the mountains. Just wondering if it’s cooler.
 
Well, Annette, you have good & not so good news to report….sounds like you are having
a nice time hiking & exploring & getting big time steps in! Sorry about your tooth, those
things happen when you least expect it & not always at the best times!

I wanted to workout but I just was not feeling it, so I decided to take a rest day. I know I normally take Sundays of as well.

Annette- WOW! Now 11,000 steps for the day, that's amazing. So sorry to hear about your teeth. May I suggest Anbesol I think that's what its called for teething pain. Its a nice topical pain reliever that would work any drug store should carry it.

Aside from all that you're still seeing the sights and getting big steps in, WTG!! Hang in there, enjoy the rest of your weekend;)

Good Morning Everyone,

Rest day for me yesterday as I had too much work to do before heading into the office. Today, however, I am mostly caught up and did the following: T&D - total body heavy weight workout for 50 minutes, 4 minute T&D jump rope tabata and my own stretch for 10 minutes. That's it for me. I am heading to Ottawa again today for Canada Day! I will try to check in. I'll be back working out Thursday morning.

Those who do jump tope workouts. Are you simulating it or using a rope?

60s is perfect hiking weather!!! Definitely getting your steps in!

Cathe Live PHA 2020 – #278. This one moved quickly and no dreaded exercises. Really enjoyed it. Added on a Britney Spears Remix Ride. This morning we went to watch my daughter coach the Challenger Baseball Team-For special needs. It was at our local Triple-A field. The Minor League players came out to help with the kids too ❤️.
 
Another nice CatheLive & Peloton ride, Chele….so nice of Your daughter to help with
coaching a baseball team…..

I use A rope-less jump rope ….so easier to keep it lower impact, don’t have to worry
about tripping, or lower ceilings…I love to use it…..Nora had told us she got the
Crossrope rope-less rope……Mine Is one made by Spri.

if you can’t find the workout, let me know, I will provide the link..she has several of those
types of workouts (Michelle)

Annette, sounds like you are having a good time! Sorry to hear about your tooth and teeth! That's a shame especially when you are on vacation!

I use a ropeless jump rope. I like it! Linda turned me on to that.
 
Hello, Ladies! Still no workouts except the steps and I'm getting a lot of them. This weekend I worked on my workout room. I ordered the gym mat flooring from Sam's and it was delivered Saturday. I got most of it put in and the organization is still a mess, but slowly I'm getting there. 1751243664679.png1751243859153.png
