Hope everyone that celebrated the 4th, had a nice day................

They finally loaded the new LMR2 metabolic bonus workout into OnDemand, so last evening, I blended
a few workouts, and did one of them: "LMR2 Bonus Metabolic Express" which is 22 min. I really did
enjoy it. Just couldn't wait !! :)

Today's workouts:

CoffeyFit Raw- "Total Body Strength with Weight Plates" - 28 min.
CatheLive- "Weight Plate Abs" - 25 min.

That's it. Have a good weekend.........tomorrow will be a rest day..........
 
Hi ladies,

Today was a 'let's see what YouTube has to offer ' day. So I found these short K.O.M.(keep on moving) workouts for seniors and beginners very low impact videos. One was 16 minutes of dance moves to old songs from ABBA, and songs like Staying Alive, and Maniac. The next one was 17 minutes of the same type of thing just different songs. All in all about 36 minutes of movement. Then for good measure I threw in the Taebo Express Combos which is 11 minutes.

Between all of the above I ended up with over 4400 steps which isn't too bad. It is really hot here today.

Love ABBA music! Fun!!! My workout was all disco today.

CD’s intermediate- advanced Saturday step. Disco music. Really enjoyed it! Lawn max this afternoon. I’m dragging a bit since the dogs are having trouble sleeping with the crazy fireworks two days in a row. Yesterday was unbelievable in our neighborhood. Seriously sounded like World War III. It starts during daylight hours and goes till after midnight. Unbelievable! The worst it’s ever been. I’m expecting more this evening. And then hopefully people will be done with the fireworks.

step workout. Yes, I heard a lot of fireworks last night as well. Hope it’s more quiet
tonight.

The picture of your furry kids is very adorable, they are so cute. Sorry, all the fireworks were loud and probably scary because of the loud noises. My dog did not like that either.

Good Sunday Morning ladies,

I worked out yesterday but was too rushed at the end to post. I did (of course) DTHM - a 30 minute hiit cardio workout. Today I did (of course) more Dan from T&D - lower body for 40 minutes. I added on T&D abs for 10 minutes.

Linda - you're right! I do love Dan (no one pulls me away from Cathe like this guy. I just love the heavy weights)
Nora - wowzw! you sure made up for previous missed days. Your stamina is incredible :)
ChelePA - adorable doggo's. what are their names?
Annette - WTG! Your hunt for new workouts is always successful!

Good morning Siobhan, nice workouts yesterday & today with T & D! Nothing wrong with having
"Favorites" By the way, Cathe's new bonus Metabolic Strength workout is now in OnDemand & in
the workout blender. It's 41 min. long, you might want to check it out.........especially if you enjoy
metabolic workouts. I like it alot.

Hopefully no more fireworks tonight. Started yesterday around 9 until 1 AM. Very early start since we were meeting family in New Jersey for breakfast. 2 hour drive. Didn’t want anything too complicated this a.m. so I did CD’s bodyweight only routine from Fourth of July. 30 seconds on with 10 second rest. I like this format much better. More tolerable. Sometimes her 45 and 60 second intervals get me. She repeated the first circuit then did some bonus moves at the end. Happy Sunday!

Thanks for the kind words about my dogs. Like I said in a previous post, I was never a pet person until we got these two. They really do light up our lives.
 
I was curious about Dan so I checked out his channel. Routines look really good, but I need the instructor talking to me. That’s why I don’t do Caroline Girvan, despite her excellent workouts.
