Sounds like everyone had a really active weekend.
I was on a work trip to Germany Friday-Saturday. Friday we had meetings and a big dinner that lasted into the night so I took that as my rest day. The resturant was min. 20min walk along the Rhine from our hotel, so I got lots of steps in walking to and fro.
Despite the late night I got my colleague to agree to a morning w/o before the meetings, so we swapped rooms with the other girls that were not up for it. Boy was she grumpy when I woke her up, but an hour of Shine Dance Fitness did wonders and we could start the meetings wide awake instead of half asleep.
Yesterday I went for an hour long bike ride with my bf... On our mountain bikes, not doing trails, just biking along canals and farm houses etc away from the city center. Ended up being quite a good cardio w/o and as I had been away all Saturday I had a lot of laundry and other chores to catch up on, so that was my only w/o Sunday. I hope to have a less busy weekend sometime soon so I can do doubles again. So many fun w/o's and just not enough time.
