Weekend Check-in Saturday, December 20th & Sunday, December 21st, 2025

Good Morning Everyone,

I worked out yesterday but didn't post. I did: a short YT Qigong workout for 10 minutes, a 10 minute squat YT mobility workout and Cathe's MRT workout (thanks Linda). Today I did more YT Qigong, squat mobility and a 20 minute bodyweight workout. It was about 50 minutes in total. Not sure I will workout tomorrow as I'm heading to Ottawa for Christmas. I'll work from there online for part of the week.

WTG with everyone's workouts yesterday (including running errands :) ). Have a great weekend ladies.
 
Good Morning Ladies,

Today I managed a total 45 minute workout of: C&E total body heavy weights for 35 minutes and 10 minutes of a squat mobility stretch workout (very challenging but I am feeling a difference instantly). I will try to check in while I am away.
