Good Morning Ladies,

Today I did a short 30 minute weighted abs workout with Edi from Chris & Edi. I love her ab workouts! That's it for me today.

Linda - Workout for you today or a rest day?
Annette - Geesh. You sure are back at it! You didn't even take a week off. That's passion and I totally get it.
Nora - Facts! Cuddle/lap dogs are sooooo amazing and loving. This is our first dog like this and my DH loves it!!! I'm sorry to read fatigue got in the way of your workout yesterday :(

Yes, I did do a workout this AM, so I wouldn't mess up my schedule :).

Blender- " Fabric Loop Standing Lower Body with FireWalker Loop Finishers" - 39 min. Since it was a longer
one, that's it for me.

Nora, sorry you had to miss your workout yesterday, but no doubt you will make up for it, sooner than later! :)

Hey ladies,

Today I did Jamie McKagan's newest Cardio Kickboxing workout on YouTube. It was about 48 minutes of fun. This one had no complex moves or terribly fast moves so it was perfect for me and my current health state.

Technically I took off 10 days from the gym, but apart from my actually hospital stay from April 10-13th, I was doing very light cardio at home after being discharged. I did not get medical clearance to go back to the gym until this past Wednesday.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did 2.0 Upper Body 2 but skipped the band work and biceps (bicep still bothering me). I stretched during the minute rests.
