Websites that track micronutrients, not just calories

Hi All!

I've been using the BodyBugg website for years now to track my calories and I love it. Unfortunately, I've been having more and more technical problems with them and need to find a new site to track my calories.

Does anyone know of a site where you enter ALL the nutritional values of foods, not just the basic calories/fat/protein/carbs? I want to track sodium (that's a big one for me), fiber, and cholesterol and then see a pie graph with the percentages of protein/fat/carbs.

I've been lurking here for years and figured if anyone knew this, it would be you guys!

Thanks for any help and info:)

It does, now?! Never even thought about that!

Do you use it? And is this the tracker that also tracks workouts, or is that different?

Thanks so much for your reply:)

I tried it when it first came out and it is very detailed. I don't think you will find a nutrient you may want to track that it doesn't have included in it. I honestly don't recall if it tracks work outs or not...I don't think so but don't quote me on that. I THINK what you would need to do is use the work out mgr for work outs and then input your daily calories in there as well to see your calorie deficit, etc.

Is Cathe's tracker under the "Workout Manager" link above then under "Nutrition"?? I want to make sure I'm getting the right tracker if there's 2 of them.

The more it tracks, the better!

Yes, the "nutrition" link in the work out manager is for the program I was talking about. You have to pay for a membership.

You can also track calories, etc in the work out manager itself for free but it's not nearly as involved which is why I said you might want to use both...or you can you another program that does it all in one place if you prefer...:)

I checked out Fit Day and it looks good but the ads - yikes! They were driving me crazy! But I saw where you can buy a premium package or something where there wouldn't be ads so maybe I'll see what that's about.

I'm used to paying every 3 to 6 months with BodyBugg so I don't mind paying for Cathe. And if the nutrition site is HALF as good as her workouts, I'll be set!

Thanks for all your help - I really appreciate it!
And geomom with myfitnesspal info - thanks, too!

No problem! :)

From the sounds of it I think you'll love Cathe's program. Post a thread here asking about it. You will get great reviews I am sure!

FWIW...Fitday used to sell it's program on a disc for you to install on your home computer. Not sure if they still do that but anyway, I had it a long time ago and liked it. I've since lost the disc or I would send it to you since I don't use it anymore...
