***Watercoolers, Triumphant Tuesday***

Hi gals,
Today was Cardio and Weights. Yep, the whole thing, including the stretch. Tonite is 9 holes of golf. Will help DH with his packing for the hunting trip when I get back.

Better go wake up DH for work. I have to take the truck in to the prison today to have the inmates wash and wax it. $4, not bad. Hope DH got any loose beer cans out of the back:rolleyes:.

The attached thumbnail picture is from camping during the 4th of July. DH slept in the tent with DS and his boy. You can see the 2 girls (Lexxie and Tillie). I prefer the camp trailer.

What an adorable picture!!! I'm with you. I'd rather sleep in the camper too!!! Why didn't dh sleep in the camper with you? Was he in the dog house?;) How long will the guys be elk hunting?

OMW!!! It's thundering and lightening here. Baby disobediently jumped onto my bed and put her shaken body next to me and her head on my lap. How could I turn her away?!?!?!

Because of this freakin storm, my internet connection downstairs is soooo slow!!! I should just cancel my subscription and upgrade to wireless.

I did BM2 Timesaver premix yesterday since I don't have the luxury or energy for a 90 minutes workout. Honestly, who does?!?!?!?! I'm going to skip the run and stretch. Instead I'll do L&G today.

BBL to catch up on yesterday's personals. I'll have more time today since it's my night off from classes.

Ballistic Hugs to ALL!

Morning Coolers,

Todays workout was KenpoX, and my upper body right now is feeling toasty. Cold morning today, had to wear a sweat shirt for my walk with Cami. :)

Oldest DD was asked to the homecoming dance. It is a bit scary for me, since this boy is a Senior! She says that he is a nice boy, and she has already established the double date with her girl friend. Oh you should have been there when she told DH! :D Can I say priceless! :D I shouldn't pick on him, but it is his fault that he has daughters!

Wendy, I agree with you on the energy for a 90 min workout like BM2. I do my runs, and then a 60 min weight workout. But my running is no where near the energy that one puts out on BM2! :)

Jeanette, What a great pic, and so the count down begins. I need a vacation to! ;) Sounds like fun, but I'm thinking elk hunting isn't for me. :D

Kim, I don't know all the stores that are in the malls in those areas, but Kohl's is a good one. Most of my mall shopping is done in the teenage stores, but if you are headed to the Mall of Amercia they have really big anchor stores like Macy's, Nordstrom and Bloomingdales. There is Anne Taylor and Anne Taylor Loft, Maurices (about the middle of the store is misses), Coldwater Creek has some cute things too. Have a great time shopping. :D

Have a great day!

Laurie...
You definitely get out of what you put into Kenpo. Good job!!! Oh, that would have been funny to see your dh's reaction to dd's date!!!:eek::eek: LOL on dh giving toddler advice. He may need an older father to give him relaxation tools for raising a teenage dd advice.:D;)

Kim...
I don't know the best places to shop in that area. I like local stores that sell unique items. I normally find cool, educational kid's presents at museum shops and online. ToysRUs usually sell "junk for the mind" toys. For women's clothes, I like Macys, Norstroms (they carry some nice yoga/cardio clothes), JJill, and Fossil. I also like small boutiques and online shopping. For girl clothes, I like Macys, Gymboree (sometimes) Talbot Kids, Gap Kids, Old Navy, Limited Too, and Justice for Girls. I haven't looked to see if Cathe's Altus line is in the stores yet. Have fun shopping!!!!

Jeanette... Shuush!!! Laurie reminded me that we're cycling sisters. If that's true, I'm not due for TTOM just yet.:p:D:D:D

Good evening,
Had a nice time golfing tonite. I actually parred 2 holes. Of course, I got 10 and 8 on 2 other holes. I have beautiful moments and really bad ones too. Had a great time though. My friend and I are going to head out of town on Saturday to the nice golf course that I golfed at in July. Should be fun!

Wendy, you don't track your periods? I note mine on a calendar at work. I'm usually right on, or at least within a day or two. My sister, who is 51, is starting to skip periods so guess I have a couple years before I start that. I think DH just wanted to sleep in the tent and rough it a bit more with DS and his boy. Fine with me, I could stretch out really good on the big bed in the camp trailer.

Laurie, isn't it funny how protective dads can be about their DD's? Our dogs are ALWAYS in the room with us. Right now both of them are laying flat out on the other couch in this room. They are going to miss DH for sure while he's gone.

Kim, hope the doctor's appointment for your son went well.

Night all,
