Hi, walking lunges are just how they sound, you go forward into a lunge on one leg when you straighten up put the other leg forward and go into the lunge, straighten up and other leg....
Same as a regular lunge your just walking sort of...
Put your right leg forward into you lunge, straighten up and put left leg forward into a lunge and repeat, you can do it in your living room, back yard, in the street .. where ever... hope this helps... Rhonda
