I did this workout today for the first time. Mix of metabolic and cardio intervals. Fun and upbeat. Cathe is very relaxed in this one and her energy is contagious. It’s definitely a HIIT workout because my HR kept on cycling between orange zone and blue zone. There were a few isolation exercises that qualified as rest based on HR.

She wasn’t kidding when she called it a challenge. It was tough but fun. I found it harder than some of the other live metabolic. I matched her weights and that was right for me. I’ll do it again.
