Question about pushups-I have always struggled with upper body strength and am wondering what the best way to do pushups is? Is it better to do them bent knee and go all the way to the floor or straight leg and not go deep into the pushup? I don't know if I am getting the full benefit of the workout if I do them straight leg and don't go as deep. Could you clear this up for me? Working with weights has also helped me. I love your videos!! Keep them coming!
