upper body got wider

I've always been smaller in upper body than bottom. my goal is to decrease my bottom. I have been where i want to be before, so I know I can reduce my bottom body. I have done it before. but things happen in life and your body change!

now after gaining 15 pounds and was never NEVER at that level in the balance, I am realzing that a big part of gain weight is that my upper is wider and people are noticing and one of my friend think it's because u gained fat!!!!

Lately I've been working hard and my shape of my whole body seem better but not smaller! It just looks better. my body is so wierd.

I am not sure I am liking that my upper is wider. people say that i am more balanced with bottom... but wouldn't be better to make the lower smaller and leave upper small.

did you all get wider on upper body? wider back and shoulders?

i guess it wasn't really what i was looking for. as long as i don't look fat
LOL
fit... i love that. but fat... that bothers me
anyways, i think i will do high reps light weight for a while and lots of cardio!

I noticed my upper body got wider with BBC's back and shoulders workouts. I love how my shoulders are starting to look, so if that means I'll have that V shape look, then I am fine with it!

Hi Darine - I so want what you have (the V shape). I have always had a narrow back and shoulders and a big booty and hips. I know I will never lose the booty, had it all my life, I'm really hoping STS will help balance it out:)

oh wow

ok i guess i will appreciate that

it's just hard to like that i am bigger

i always thought i want to be the smallest possible

it's true that when i was buying my wedding dress, a woman that works at the store told me i have a back of a swimmer. i have mixed feelings whether i like that or not

i wish i had photos to see myself before and after and see the difference and see if i like it better...

i will appreciate that since it shows I am fit but I would like to loose more fat, i think it will look better

thx all for the support :)

I think once you adjust you'll like your new look. I've always had pretty broad shoulders for my size and carry my extra weight in my hips/thighs, so I always felt that it balanced me out. Now that I'm going the 6 1/2 month version of STS and I'm into Meso 3, my shoulders are really standing out and have gotten more defined and cut and I love it. I'm going sleeveless every opportunity. :D The way my body is designed even at my slimmest, my hips will be bigger than I'd like, so I'm very grateful to my shoulders. ;)
