+1I think the "radio silence" is more frustrating than delays...........
This is so true!! And definitely conspicuously missingI just like the social aspect of working out and looking forward to something together - the community is supportive and fun and updates give people something in common to talk about.![]()
Same here,No complaints here. I don't expect a constant flow of info: something I think too many people expect due to smart phone addiction. I'm happy to wait, let them put their valuable time and energy into production, then, as they can, sprinkle in a few teasers.
She says she’s fine tuning the series. I’m hoping for late summer but won’t be surprised if it’s released in the fall. And that’s fine. I can work with any date, but I like to know the date, so I can plan rotations that complement what this series does. Now, I’m planning a more challenging rotation for September/October.Hey Cathletes who enjoy little updates ... there's a little video today on Cathe's FB page with a little sneak peek.
I hope you, and others, get a response for an update on the bonuses and more developed descriptions of the workouts soon.yes, I know that Cathe is more often late than on time in releasing a new series. I just want more information. i have concerns about this series. i have made no secret of the fact I don’t need another recovery series. Asking for more information is not about wanting to play with my phone. LMR has a place, like returning from a layoff for whatever reason. I have been doing the STS2& LMR rotation, because with the amount of outdoor work I have right now, backing off a bit this spring feels right. That being said, I want to see how elevated it is. I purchased the series with doubts. I still have doubts. the heavy weights workouts are a big part of why I purchased this, along with the cardio. still, what is LMR2 going to be like?
LOL! I know, when I saw that hopping up/back in that little video, I thought Oh No!I'm not thrilled with the animal moves and forward/back hopping I'm seeing for cardio moves
One of my favorite KS workouts was her Lower body firming. Do you know the one I'm talking about? KS did the intermediate level and she had one doing advanced and another doing a beginner modification simultaneously... literally one of the best videos I've ever owned because the workout is fun and the modifiers are either fully viewable or the camera routinely returns to them and, you're right, it's not distracting at all.Today I did KS's TimeSaver Cardio Fat-burning on VHS, so it's old --- but she had lots of modifiers. It did NOT detract from the workout at all IMO. I did all sorts of the variations and it made it a fun workout.
