UNILATERAL TRAINING

Has anyone tried this training technique? Training one side per day (i.e, left shoulder, bis and tris, next day other side. Then train chest, back and legs bilaterally as you normally do). In this months' Muscle & Fitness Hers there's a training program that outlines this type of workout?

I'm thinking of trying it one of these days (too busy with these great rotations that Cathe's created!).

If anyone has used this technique could you please share your results?

Thanks.

I haven't tried it, but I saw the article. I'd never heard of this kind of unilateral training before. It's intriguing! I think I'd feel unbalanced, though, after doing only one side. Maybe I'll try it out this week sometime, or next week!

I think I'd train the weaker side first in case I missed the second workout. I'd at least have worked the side that needed it the most.
