Top of the Morn'in to ya!:) :7

Up early to get my workout started but I wanted to start us off for the day!

I will catch up with personnals later but I did want to answer Beccas question.

Becca** So far so good with P90X. Call me crazy but right now I don't think its as hard as cathe. Im not sure what the next 3 weeks will bring with different workouts but I don't get the same DOMS as I do when I use Cathes weight work. Strange hey? Now I did get some good back DOMS from the pull ups!

I will BBL to report my workout!

Lori you are up WAAy early!!

Today is my day off, I'll do yoga a bit later.

The other night my daughter and I went out to "put our boys to bed". (Thats feeding and rugging our horses shutting up the stables) my daughter has a shetland pony she has to care for. The stables are away from the house so we walk across. So, its dark. I am carrying a torch, but wise old me hasn't turned on the torch! There we are running over (in the dark), I totally didn't see my dog but the next thing I'm laying on the ground! Ouch Ouch ouch! I've fallen over the dog!! Tripped right over her! (I am an old woman) too old to be falling over in the back yard! My daughter's standing over the top of me, "Get up MUm! MUM get up!" There was no, "Are you o.k?" Just get up mum! I think she was shocked! ha Ha! Theres mum on the ground saying, ohhhhh, groan groan. THEN... I get up off the ground and I limp over to the stables, pull up my pants and my knee is bleeding and grazed. But to add insult to the injury, I have got a hole in my absolute favourite pants!! I live in those pants. ;( :D

So, due to the grazed knee, I couldn't lean on all fours and do floor work because it hurt!! I had forgotten how grazes really hurt! And it wasn't just a tiny graze, it was the World's ever biggest knee graze! No one has ever has as bad a knee graze, EVER....:+ :+ :)

Andrea** Those D^&n dogs! LOL;) :eek: Just blame it on the dog! Thats what I would do. My dogs are always in the way and I think they are trying to trip me up on purpose sometimes. Hope your knee heals quickly!

I managed to get 6 seg of BC and a 3 mile run in today. An hour certainly flies by when Im off and on the TM!

Hello all.

Lori, nice workout as usual. Weird about not having doms with P90X. I've always heard the weight work was pretty intense.

Andrea, so sorry about your knee. Last October I fell while jogging with the dogs, but I tripped on the sidewalk and not on them. They just looked down at me laying on th ground with this questioning look on their faces. "What happened. Why are are you down there"? Only a little scrap on my knee, but I messed up my shoulder and it still gives me trouble.

Today's workout was short. Did Power Circuits from Body Max. I was so hoping that I wouldn't get picked for jury duty yesterday, but that's not the case. First time I have ever had to serve and I'm kind of nervous. My schedule is messed up because of that, but I'm going to try to make the best of it. I'm planning on taking my lunch with me so I can make good food choices.

Good Morning girls!

Today is a two cup coffee day,LOL! My baby neice was over last night so if you can imagine,i didn't get much sleep! She did sleep from 12:30 to 4:30 then she didn't wake up until i woke her up at 8! Not bad for a month old baby!

So,after Patience leaves today i will get my workout in! I think i have talked myself into doing PLB/standing and a 30min powerwalk on the TM! My shoulders are still uncomfortable(sunburnt)so i may not be doing any weight lifting today:-(
My eating was perfect yesterday ...went to bed hungry of course but oh well!;-) I ate 1,500 cals yesterday! My goal was around that so its all good! Today since im doing a good workout i will eat between 1700-1800!if i only do the walk then it will be 1500;-)

Jean-Great job with the power circuts! That body max is no joke,tough stuff! Ive done that workout once and wow,was exhausted after!

Lori-That is weird that you don't get doms from p90? I figured you would since its all new stuff(or is it similar to what cathe does in terms of weights?)

Andrea-Im so sorry about your knee,ouch! Im glad your tourch wasn't lit when you fell!(of course you wouldn't of fell in the first place if it was,LOL)im sorry youve got a hole in your favorite pants...that sucks:-(!

Good Morning,

Tonites workout will be KPC. We had golf ball to softball size hail in town yesterday. My car and both of my DDs cars all got some damage. Hoping today is a quieter weather day. Did ME yesterday and have some major chest DOMs going on.

Lori-I hope things get better with P90x I wanted my DH to try it because it looks intense.

Andrea-our dog is always tripping us up on the staircase. One of these days I am going to fall down them.

Jean-good job on the workout haven't done much of BM2.

Amelia-your neice did pretty good on sleeping. Enjoy your workout.

Andrea: Sorry about your knee and pants. I hate when my favorite pair of jeans get a rip.

Lori: Do you have a pull up bar that fits in the door way?
I've been eyeing Cathe's new one.

Jean: I hope the case your on is a short one.I've only made into the jury box and then got dismissed.

Roxie: Wow! sorry to hear about the damage to your vehicles. We had weather like that on Saturday. I did a premix of KPC today.
I love all the options on that DVD.

Ameila: I can't imagine having a 1 month old in the house again. She did sleep well. Good job on your eating.

I did the 41 min premix of KPC. My eating was on target yesterday.

I have to go and have my glasses saudered today. The jewler wasn't opended yesterday. I sure do hope they can fix them. I really do not want to spend any money on new ones.

I'm having a bad clothes day. I tried on three different outfits and finally found something to wear then I watered my flowers and splashed up some dirt.x( I guess it's going to be one of those days(sigh)

Andrea, Thanks for sharing the story. How's your knee feeling?

Lori, I did some pull-ups today. Well modified, I use a chair to help me get more reps. My DH made our pull up bar. It's in our basement - that's where I workout; nothing fancy but it gets the job done!

Jean, Hope you get dismissed from jury duty.

Amelia, I love newborn babies - give her some extra hugs.

Elaine, I hope the jeweler is able to fix your glasses and that your outfit isn't too dirty.

Roxie, Sorry about your vehicles.

Becca, How are you doing today?

Andrea H., How are you doing with your challenge?\

I gotta go - time to take the puppies to the vet. Workout was TT circuit, core & intervals.

Hi everyone! Got up and went for a 2.5mi walk/run today - I'm no Lori :D , but it was good for me. I'd like to run a bit more of it (I ran about 2/3) but I'm just not there yet. Give me a week or so...

Shirl, my challenge right now is to get off my a$$ and exercise since I haven't been doing much of it lately. So far I've done 8/8 days of SOMETHING - even if it's just a walk @ lunch. Now to get the food under control... As for BFL - well, I'll probably start that over in a few weeks. Right now I'm just trying for one piece @ a time.

Andrea, sorry about your knee & pants. My cats try to trip me up like that all the time.

Hi Elaine, Becca, Jean, Roxie, Amelia, and everyone else!

Time for me to go eat my lunch - I had to wait an extra hour since I had some "stuff" put on my teeth @ the dentist's office. TTY tomorrow!
