I have been working out with Cathe videos for about 8 or 9 years. I have Max Intensity Cardio, Strong Legs and Abs, STep Max, Body Max, Mega Step Blast, Interval Max ect. I am looking for something where the music is not so fast so that I am able to get a good range of motion. I want a DVD with a good combination of Step and Muscle work so that My hear rate is up and my muscles are buring at the same time. I do not care for hi-lo on the floor. Prefer step or kick-box. My only complaint about the cathe videos I have so far are that in some of them like Body Max the music is way to fast. I can't get a good muscle work or good range of motion. Please advise. I am having a very difficult time choosing a DVD. Thanks

You may want to look into Cardio & Weights. It is not as fast paced as say Circuit Max and you can go heavier on the weights. Another suggesion would be to consider going with a strength DVD. The Pyramid workouts are considered more endurance by a lot of folks but I have seen nice strength gains with them. With the DVD you can do only 3 sets instead of all 5 and tack on a short cardio or you can do the program as is. There is also a nice bonus mix combining the upper and lowerbody exercises for a one hour total body strength/endurance workout. I'm sure others will have more suggestions. Good luck!:7

How about the Cardio Hits or Classic Volume 1, either one has 3 step video. Why don't you go view the video of some of them to see what you like. I would also suggest what the above person said is PUB/PLB because the music is good and to me it is like aerobic but your also doing weights which is very good to add to your workout, but let me warn you it is fast pace but you can pause and take a break in between which I do sometimes.

I would highly recommend the Terminator DVD. The combinations in this DVD combine cardio and weight training wonderfully. My favorite is Gauntlet which combines cardio and muscle endurance. Gives you a very good introduction to the Intensity series.
