Trimming The Thighs

Any suggestions for trimming a little more in my hip/thigh area? I usually follow Cathe's rotations I just want to be a little trimmer through that area. Any advice welcome!!

I am always looking to trim my lower half too, and for me running seems to do it. Also EAT CLEAN. I really hate to say it, but for me the only way to get any results below the belt is to eat super duper clean and it is usually pretty hard. Hope that helps.
 
LOL, kitchen shears!:7 What is working for me? My spin bike and Spinervals. I swear nothing has added more definition and leaness to my lower body ever!

Abducters & adducters are great for the thighs. You can do them lying on the floor, low or no weights, high reps.

Also you can change positioning of your legs when you do squats. A wider stance w/toes pointing out will work the inner thighs, a narrower stance w/toes pointing forward will work outer thighs. Again, low weight, high reps.
 
Spinning plus pilates, yoga, & ballet moves for lower body. NO weights! Just my opinion, but I worked for me after years of trial & error.
 
It is so hard for me to use low or no weights for lower body, but I am "stocky". I feel like I'm not working if I don't go as heavy as I can x( I need to try this!
