Travel Max, Ball Max, Band Max, Plyo Max

That's what I want for the next series:

Travel Max: hi/lo and kickbox cardio, followed by a shorter band- and body-weight muscle conditioning workout; 90 minutes a la Body Max 1/2;

Ball Max:

A cardio AND total body muscle conditioning workout that incorporates a med ball into the cardio as well as the muscle conditioning segments; stability ball also used in total body muscle conditioning;

Band Max, a total body muscle conditioning AND stretch workout using the band (could also be a good companion to Travel Max); AND

Plyo Max, as suggested earlier: An upper margin (try THROUGH THE ROOF) plyo-cardio workout that would include plyo intervals on and off the step, including:

Vertical jumps
Squat jumps with ball
One-legged hops
Plyo lunges
Plyo heel digs
Plyo jacks
Ice breakers
Sequential power kicks (sorta plyo)
Plie jacks
Power 15's
Uneven squats with a turn on/off step (a la I-Max 2 blast 10)
Off-tempo over-the-top with squat at bottom (I-Max 2 blast 4)
Airborne jacks
Sumo squats
Tuck jumps
Squat-thrusts with or without climbers, with or without tuck jump or vertical jump at top
High-knee runs (sorta plyo)
Fast-foot runs (sorta plyo, well really not but I love 'em)
"Kangaroo" jumps forward (I-Max 2, Drill Max)
Bounding leaps forward w/ high knees (Drill Max)
Line taps
Everything from LIC blast-only premix
Everything from IMax3 blast-only premix
You get the idea . . .

I like the workout ideas (especially the med ball cardio), but NO MORE MAX titles, please! I'm "Maxed out." LOL!
