Hello, I haven't posted here in a while, but I have a question.
I've been training my lower body only once a week for several weeks now. This is mostly because I run a lot and don't want sore legs every other day. However, I'm not seeing very good results with my once time per week approach. Should I maybe try to train my legs 2 or 3 days a week at a lower volume/intensity? I don't want to overtrain my legs, but I would like to see a little more results.
If this helps, I'm naturally thin, but tend to get flabby and have cellulite (I call it "skinny-fat") if I don't exercise. Thanks
