I purchased this workout and it's based on smaller movements with many repetitions. She starts a lot of her movements as though you knew what she was going to do, and you don't, not at first so that is a little frustrating and she doesn't always tell you exactly how you should be doing the movement. Only because I have worked out for so many years did I kind of get the jist of what she was trying to do, but it was frustrating because she doesn't even really count the repetitions. I will say that after two weeks I noticed some difference and after three weeks I really did start to notice definition in my arms coming in. You have to have a pretty high paitence level for this one. Although I hope if she does another dvd that she has gotten enough comments to speak more during the exercises. I'd get another one.
