I had never liked yoga and for the first few months of owning p90x I just did cardio on the yoga day! But then I thought, if I love p90x so much, I should at least attempt the yoga, so I did and now I LOVE IT!!!! Today I didn't have time to do the whole 90 minutes (could only do 60) and I was soooo bummed. Yay, yogaX!!!
