Tom Holland???

I just noticed a Tom Holland w/o on the advanced fitness dvd site... and it looks kinda interesting because it's a "real time" workout, meaning no edits or anything, what you see is what you get. It's cardio spurts w/various strength work... and only 40 minutes long. Has anyone heard of this guy??

I've had a couple of workouts by him. His first one showed promise, but he needed to grow a bit (the setting was very odd: a completely white set). He also has a strange smile, almost a leer, which I guess is just his way of smiling, but it kind of creeped me out. He also sweat A LOT in that workout, to the point of it being not so great to look at.

He also did an 'Abs diet" workout, which is actually several workouts (three levels). I have it, and have previewed it, but it's still a 'virgin.' He seems to leer less, and is not as sweaty, and actually has a rather pleasant instructor personality, from what I recall.

He's been in at least one Spinervals workout, and is a triathlete, I think.

There are actually a lot of workouts that are filmed in 'real time,' so I don't find that particularly unique (in fact, his first workout would have benefitted from him having a break to wipe off sweat 'off-camera'!)

I have three of Tom Holland's workouts and I like them all. I definitely wouldn't call them advanced though. The good thing though, is you can heavy up or down, depending on how difficult you want the workout to be.

I have Total Body Workout I and II, as well as Total Ab Workouts.

I like Tom and think his workouts are good, solid and straightforward.

I have it and I agree with what Kathryn said.........only when I do it I play my own music and only glance at the screen to see what move is next. It's a good workout.....I always end up sore. You can heavy up if you'd like.
