Many thanks to all of you who have cheered me on in my quest to return to the gym. I went back tonight and took a sprint step class. While I had to walk instead of jog and missed a few combinations, overall it went well and I feel great!

Jean--you are an inspiration! I am SOOO proud of you! I didn't reply to your other posts but I've been reading them and cheering you on. The #1 reason why I workout and continue to workout is because of how it makes me feel when I'm done--such a sense of accomplishment, pride, and peace. I hope you feel the same and that you find your "reason to keep going". Congrats to you!

Catherine- i already took a hot shower and some Motrin! ;) Hopefully I'll be able to get out of bed in the morning!

Jennie- thanks so much for all your support and kind words. It is hard which is probably why it's taken me a year after the birth of #3 to get "back in the saddle" so to speak. But i just have to keep telling myself it's OK to not do everything- just keep working at ti and it will come!

Again- thanks to both of you! Your encouragement means so much and I was actually thinking I can't wait to post today after making it back to the gym and completing the class!
