You gals seem to have your eating plan for the day, PLANNED the minute you wake up.

You are all very organised

Are these set menues you have for each day of the week, and do you shop in advance specifically for those foods you plan to eat in the week?

I have a feeling Im not going to do AS WELL as you gals, because alot of the foods mentioned that you eat, I never have in my fridge or cubboard, such as nuts, or yogert etc. Sometimes not even a piece of fruit!

Hi Marian -

I make sure I have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables on hand, as well as fat free yogurt and nuts. Then I plan what I will eat for the day in the morning. Quite often I have to fix some parts of the next day's meals the night before. It's almost like a job planning for meals, but it keeps me accountable and journaling keeps my food consumption under control, for the most part. This time of year is tough! I generally don't PLAN to eat those cookies.

I have posted a few times....but my menu is fairly the same ever since becoming Vegetarian last May. Vegan really except for whey protein powder. I do shop in advance and always have. My DH has always been a bit anal in the morning always wanting to know what is for dinner...I usually always know what I will eat for every meal....I have been that way for so long...seems to keep me heathly and always on track...:)...Carole

Good morning,

I plan my dinners for the week before I go shopping, and I also account for what snacks I want. I work, so I usually get lunch out. Breakfast is pretty easy, coffee, eggs and toast. But as far as what I eat every day, I just decide that morning or the night before. That way it doesn't seem like a forced eating plan to me. Workouts however, are scheduled so that I get the right balance for whatever is my focus that month.

We are starting BFL in January. Everybody is welcome to hop aboard. :) Having to account for what I eat on a daily basis has made me stick to the plan better.
