I was going to ask if someone had tried asking on Facebook. I don't have Facebook. ( Asking on Instagram is hard to track response).I did notice that the question has been asked on FB but even on FB, SNM /Cathe has not replied.

Honestly, I do not understand the delayed response!I have now sent 4 emails to Customer Service with questions. I have not received any response, yet! Hoping for something. Stonewalling is not good for customer relations!
