Time for a second Cathe tape!

Time for another Cathe tape for me!! I cannot believe how long I've been saying that I'm going to add to my Cathe collection (of one). Well, since I've been so long away from Cathe, I need some tips on what to buy. I have only Step Works.

I would like to get a step/tone combo. Tougher Choreography isn't a problem. I'd also like to get another toning-only video on top of a step/toning one. Something specifically for the upper body. I have about $50 total to splurge with.

Help me out?

I'm still new to Cathe so I'd look for some more "expert opinions" but thought I'd share my two cents. I absolutely love Body Max (90 minutes, step, lower body and upper body strength workouts), MIS is another one of my favorites all weights (gym style weights, so some people don't find it is their style). Body Max and MIS are pretty tough tapes, but you can break them down into segments also and do them in parts.

www.videofitness.com has some great reviews of her tapes and what they all have. The Wedding Tape is supposed to be another good one. I have it but haven't tried it yet. It has both step and toning segments.

I'm sure the long-time Cathe fans will have more info for you, but this might help some.

Bodymax and MIS would be a good combo! Great tapes, and still favorites of mine.

I agree with everyone else!! If you're limited to only two tapes, BodyMax and MIS would be just what you're looking for!
Let us know when it's time to build your Cathe collection again...we love spending someone else's money!

I must put in my two cents (well, three and a half with inflation) for Interval Max as a cardio / leg conditioning tape! It will take you to your limit! MIS is also great!

With Cathe's unbelievable pricing for volume purchases, you may not be limited to only two tapes - she gives volume discounts AND breaks on shipping! Check out that part of her website - you won't know what planet you're on!

Circuit Max is also wonderful (cardio {hi/lo, kickboxing and step} and muscle conditioning in a circuit format for the time-challenged), and Maximum Intensity Cardio might be a good tape to vary with MIS - plus, it has hi/lo to vary the step routines!

Go wild -

Hi Fanatic! The ladies are right---MIS and BodyMax are tough. I also agree w/the suggestion for IMAX. I like IMAX better than the step section of Body Max, but I think you'll get more bang for your buck w/Body Max. Why not treat yourself to THREE tapes, so you can get one free? That way you can get MIS, Body Max, IMAX, and (here's my suggestion) Power Max!!! Go on, you deserve it! Suzanne

Are you sure you can't spulge and spend a couple of extra dollars

--- If you can you can get 5 videos for about $65 as I recall. You order 4, get one free and a $15 discount and shipping is free!!!! BodyMax, MIS, Circuit Max and IMAX are all great recommendations and then you can even get a bonus tape of your choice.

Just a suggestion, take it or leave it.
