Just found this site for calorie and activity tracking - easy to use & has large food database. It may have been mentioned before, but I'll put it out there again.
I started to use this site but so much of what I eat is homemade and it just seems to labor-intensice for me to set up all of the recipes that I use. I would like to use it - maybe in my next life when things slow down a bit!
I do use it occasionally for restaurant ideas on what to order.
I absolutly love this site!! I think you pointed me there in the first place. I've been using it for about 2 months and am down 7 pounds! I hate to journal food, but this makes it so easy. It even calculates the fat % for me so I don't even have to think. Thanks so much!
