The Challengers week of July/27 - Aug/2

Workout done! Decided on LIS LB circuit. I added in some weights instead of the stabilty ball. Burned 450 cals in 40mins.

Today is a rest day. The only thing that i will be doing is laundry.

Its been raining on and off the past couple of days and the grass is up past my ankles agian:rolleyes: Guess i will have to start on that tomorrow or tuesday,ugh. This time i will wear my HRM:p;) Im curious to see how many cals i burn in an hour...

Today is a rest and stretch day. DH and I will go for a walk later need to do laundry and go to the grocery store.
