Today ive got some damage control to do from last night! I had two bowls of cereal late last night and i woke up feeling terrible bout it
. My day yesterday was good for the most part...but DH got home from work around 6pm and he pulled a muscle in his lower back,poor thing, so i went looking for the heating pad & ice pack. Between nursing him and being a referee with my kids(they fought all afternoon
) i was ready to scream come about 10pm.
So no wonder i dove into 2 bowls of chocolate marshmallow matey's.... I should of wrote im my 'emotinal diary' instead,afterall,thats what its there for
.
So,with that said...im on week 2 of my rotation, doing all UB from powerhour then i will hop on the treadmill for CCV3.
OMG..I almost forgot. After my rotation im seriously thinking about doing P90X


Ive got three weeks to think about it....any thoughts on the program?
