Morning Challengers!


Today is week three of my rotation..doing a 60min cardio outdoors. Ive got Cardio Coach Volume 6 on tabs. then i will do abbs.

Workout done...CCV5 outside is ALOT harder than on the treadmill,yikes. I looked like a red-faced tomato when i was done:confused:. burned 560 cals in 55mins.

This is vacation week for me. I'll try to check in when I am able.

Hi Jean,Andrea, and AndreaH if you are out there.

This morning is the first day of a new rotation for pear shape. I did 4DS KB.I started with the Abs then did the leg weight work then the cardio.
I am going to eat clean to the best of my ability. Wed will be hard because we will be gone the enitre day. We are bringing a cooler but I know we will eat dinner out.

Hello Challengers.

Over the weekend I manages to weight train. Bis, Back, shoulders and tris.
I will hopefully get the chest done today.
Cardio was Bootcamp last night.
My calves are shot after the running/sprinting Ive been doing, very painful.

Eating has been disgusting!!!!! Chocolate by the bucketloads! Chocolate and more chocolate.

Finished Ramp it Up tonite and I don't like Debbie Siebers her count is off and she doesn't let you know when she changes moves.

Amelia-save your money and find another program.

This morning I did 4DS Back/Chest then HIS cardio.
I think it is harder to do the cardio after the weights. I sweat like crazy doing it this way.

My eating yesterday was great up until I had ice cream with my family.:confused:
My DH is such a bad influence. I really need to be strong and resist.

DH has taken his Mom to have shoulder surgery. So it is just me and my DS(8) for most of the day. We are going to see the YO-YO people.I guess they are from Fetch (a show on our public television station).

Morning

Today was a rest day on my rotation so i got outside ealier to cut some grass. Cut the whole yard in almost 2hrs. Im glad its done for now:)

Roxie-Thanks for the heads up, im sorry your not liking your program.

Elaine-Enjoy your day with DS...Great job with your workout girl!

Tonite is Ramp it Up again and I am going to keep count to make sure I come out even and then core work.

Amelia-good job with your workouts how is the wt. coming?

Elaine-just buy a lowfat version of ice cream so you can still enjoy it with your family.

Andrea-great job sticking with bootcamp how is your wt loss coming and are you seeing results?

We had a new HY VEE grocery store open here today and I see it being a big help in my eating.

Roxie-Weight is holding steady, as usual:rolleyes: How is yours coming along? Any results from Slim In 6?
 
Finished Si6 Ramp it Up didn't get as good a burn as last nite.

Im getting the kiddo's ready for school then i plan on doing Bic's & Tric's and a nice powerwalk on the treadmill. Its just too hot to go out today:confused:
 
Workout done...decided to take the dog for a walk,came home and did my own mix of bic's, tri's and abbs. Didn't burn alot of cals though,only 167:confused:

Tonite is Ramp it Up again I don't know why I am still doing these workouts I guess its because I hate to quit only 2 weeks in.

Hi lads.

Due to injury (my calves achillies) I've stopped bootcamping this week, can't run. At all! Today, I hope to do a weight workout, chest and sholders with some low impact elliptical cardio.

Roxie - I eat very very poorly and only have myself to blame for no results on the hips and thighs.
 
Just couldn't do Ramp it Up tonite and it was late when I started my workout so I did basic step just to get a workout in and do some cardio. I am thinking about pre-ordering Kelley Coffey Meyers new 30 min workouts they look interesting and they are short.

Ive got cardio a 45-60mins. There is a blister on the top of my foot near the ball, ive been wearing my older running shoes outside and i guess there too worn for me to run in. I will figure out something. I wanted to go for another run interval outside. Maybe if a put a bandaid on it?

Tonite is Ramp it Up I may not like these workouts but I am seeing some results my abs and baby pooch and hips are smaller and my thighs look leaner. I am just not seeing anything on the scale or tape measure.

Amelia-don't know what to tell you on these workouts I know she is refilming them with better music which doesn't really bother me and maybe she will be on count but I am seeing reuslts.
 
Roxie-I could of wrote your post! Im not seeing anything move on the scale or the tape measure but i look in the mirror and i can tell. My stomach isn't as big as it use to be and my legs seem to be slimming. i can also see slight definition in my arms. I think its the running.
I think im going to toss the scale and just weigh once a month. When i start P90x in 11days i will weigh/measure and take some before pics but thats it for phase one(which is 30days).

I finished my run ealier. I did cardio coach volume 4 (48mins) i went a little over 3miles. My legs were burning on the hills:confused:
