He thinks it is just a sprained knee. I'm getting an x-ray after work to rule out a broken tibial plateau. He gave me a prescription for anti-inflammatory to be taken for 2 weeks, with rest. If it's better in 2 weeks, resume exercise, slowly. If it's not better, I'll go see an ortho doc.
