Sweat gets in my eyes--what do you do?

Ok, so I sweat--a LOT. I always end up getting sweat in my eyes toward the middle of a workout and I have to stop and towel off. Sometimes, I have to close my eyes (which makes it hard to follow the workout). Does anyone have any tricks to help avoid this? I'd really like to make it through an entire workout without having to stop and wring myself out!:+

I wear a terry cloth head band. Problem solved. You can get them at places like Walmart in the sporting goods department.

They work for me and I sweat a LOT.

Definately a terry cloth headband for me!

My hair is sort of short and during a workout can come out of a ponytail, so the headband keeps the hair out of my face.

Not only will the terry cloth headband keep the sweat out of your eyes..it will make you look very sexy too. Works for me...:7

I just have a gym type towel handy. I'm not a big fan of stuff on my head when I workout.

I get headbands at Walmart (drugstore), they last to the end, but before I put it in the laundry basket, I have to wring it out.

Hope that helps.

Or if you don't like the headband - they have the wrist bands also and you can just swipe when you have the time during the workout.

. . . and sweat gets in my eyes too :7 (Does that almost sound like a song?:+

OR...you could be like me and shake it all off like a wet dog.:+

Really, I can't tolerate headbands along with the garb to keep the hair off my face and neck, so I keep a towel handy.

I don't like headbands, so I use a towel as well.
The other day, I didn't wipe off in time, and I got salty sweat in my eyes. That hurts!

Terry cloth headbands have always worked well for me....I also sweat alot...http://bestsmileys.com/exercising/5.gif[/img]

I use headbands but it's to hold my hair out of my face so they are not in the right place to catch alot of the sweat...They certainly are drenched after a good work out though!}(
