Good Morning Ladies,
I have a few minutes before I go to work so I thought I would say "hello" before I go. I am not sure if I will be able to check the internet there.Maybe after the boss leaves.Sort of have to feel that stuff out when you start a new job.
I am really motivated today to stay on track.It must be b/c I have new workouts comming my way.I ordered the faster mailing postage to.In Canada its called xpresspost.When she put out the BB Series, I had it the day after they mailed it.:)
The beginning of my week is pretty busy.10.5 hrs today,12hrs tomorrow,then I work on Thurs for 4 hrs and then I am done for the week! Pretty good hey?I just have to make sure I get enough sleep in the next two days b/c I don't want to miss any workouts.I am hoping my workouts may be here by Thurs and then I will have the whole weekend to play with them.My family may call the cops b/c they think I have been kidnapped....but meanwhile I was in the basement for 4 days straight!:p
I will check back tonight!

Hi,

Today I did the Cardio and Weight upper body compound and heavy weight premix followed by HST upper body premix. I enjoy the combination of the two. I didn't do any abs because I am expecting to get my new DVDs today and I want to do one of the new ab routines when I get home from work :)

Well, I am back in the game. Up at 6:00 this morning for Step Blast - I love that workout! I don't think I've heard from SNM yet about HC - I ordered mine a bit later I think. I get sort of nervous that something will happen and they won't have a record that I ordered it...

Good morning, everyone! Today I am going to do Boot Camp. I am not sure what else I will be incorporating into my day since "the dog from hell", (our neighbor's) woke me up at 3am with non stop barking so the lack of rest is going to be against me abit, but will push my way thru it anyhow. Maybe I can nap afterwards?

Good Morning.....Well, even with our Super Bowl Party last night, I stayed in my Points. I was so proud of myself!!!!!!!!! I just stuck to the low fat stuff I made. My mom and my brother both told me I looked really good, and my brother said I looked like I lost alot of weight. It made me feel good.

Tomorrow my Hardcores will be here!!! My UPS man does not come until late, like 6 p.m., so I will not be able to do my first workout until Weds.

Lori Hart, I love your pics!!! You are in great shape. If I knew how to post pics I would, but I have no clue.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today is my rest day. Thank God. We had a super bowl party also and I got to bed a little late:( I ordered HC really late (Jan.) so I won't be getting mine for a while. I can't wait to hear from all of you when you get yours.

Wow Lorihart-what great pictures. You are so beautiful and in great shape. When I have some time I'll try to post some pictures. It will be nice to have some before and after photos to show our progress!

I plan on doing some cardio at the gym later today and maybe plb tonight. We'll have to see.

Just woke up from a little nap! I am hoping to get my child in bed in the next 30 min and that should give me time to workout.
I plan on doing a run/weight workout.I am going to mix the two together.You know....my homemade circuit workouts.

Good Morning Ladies,
Just a quick check in.I didn't workout last night:-( Thats two nights in a row BUT I plan on making up for that tonight! DH isn't going to be home and when I get the little one put to bed, I will get busy.I am going to do the samething I planned on doing last night.
I don't know if I will get the workouts before this weekend or not.CKsales haven't even gotten then yet and I have no idea how far down the line I am.I ordered mine express post though so when they do ship them, I should have them the next day.
I don't know about you guys but I still feel as if BB series is fairly new.And it is I guess.In the weight workouts, I still have no clue what is comming next.
I will check back sometime today.Busy day with two jobs,

Hi Guys, my Hardcores come today!!!!! I am just praying that my UPS man comes earlier than normal, and I can do one of the cardio workouts. I am still fightiong this migraine. It still wants to pop out and get me. I am going to have my husband take some pics of me tonight. Have a good day!!!!!!!!!

Well, that does it. I am just going to have to figure out how to get pictures up! Everyone looks great!

No workout this morning - had to stay up late grading exams. Tomorrow morning it'll either be Imax 2 or PUB, depending on how I'm feeling. Having fun with my new eating plan, although I had to get all the cake out of the house (most of it into my mouth!) before I could be really successful. Anyone with creative snacks involving veggies, let me know!

No notice about HC for me yet. Boo Hoo!!!
 
Lorihart, I am so impressed with your energy. 2 jobs, running 7 miles, etc. WOW. I feel sooooo lazy. :)

LoriSax, congrats on your shipping notice. Sorry about your migraine. Hope you are feeling better soon.

Futurefitnessdynamo, I don't have creative snack ideas, I wish I did. Except for the generic baby carrots, cucumbers, celery stuff. I do have a recipe for a really good black bean dip that is healthy and easy.

I am running tonight with my mom and going to do Cathe now, I don't know which one. I don't have a shipping notice. I ordered later. I am not in a hurry, I know HC is going to be a killer!! I will check back in later.

Good Morning Ladies,

Well I did mangage to do PLB last night and PUB this morning. Not sure why I am having such a hard time getting up in the mornings. I have always been a morning exerciser, guess I'll just have to start going to bed earlier.

My HC's are shipping and scheduled for delivery on Friday. I'll be busy checkin' them out this weekend.

NurseLRT-nice family you have there. What cute boys-they must keep you very busy. I know as I have 3 boys.

FFD-some of the snacks I have are 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese, baby carrots, straberries, apples, oranges, pears. At work I don't have time to prepare-so fruits and veggies are great for me. For chocolate cravings I'll have a pria bar or an AdvantEdge carb control RTD.

It's so nice to have all these faces to put with the names. I will try to post some pics this weekend.

From the 31st to the 6th,

Only ate clean, took vitamins, and drank enough water on Thursday and Friday. Didn't workout at all. Had a cold.

Fortunately, this week started out better. I feel good already and started working out yesterday.

Measurements for this month: chest:33, waist 27, hips 39.
Weight: 122
Nothing changed...and I am not surprised.
 
HI Everyone,
I am diffently putting in a good workout tonight! I just finished dinner so I have to wait for it to settle.I was also thinking about having a little nap before hand.Me and my naps!
I feel bad that I haven't spent anytime with my child the last coupld of days BUT she as a new toy and she will be involved in that until she goes to bed.So whats the point? She doesn't want to spend anytime with me right now.My point being, I planned on waiting until she went to sleep to workout but I may start earlier.The resy of my week is pretty laid back so I can make up for lost time then.
Haydee-Thanks for the compliment! I don't think we apperciate ourselves for what we really look like,sad.I don't think I think I am as small as I am.I let the scale tell me what I think.

Good Morning Everyone,
Did anyone here receive their workouts yet? I ordered mine thorugh cksales so I am hoping to have them at the end of the week.If not,I guess they will be here early next week.If they get here on Friday,I may have to call in sick this weekend:7
Everything is going o.k here.The new job is going really well and I don't miss the old place, or the people for that matter.BUT they keep calling here.I can remember when I first moved to this town and I didn't know very many people.NOW,I can't wait for the phone to stop ringing.It drives me crazy.I get to many phone calls in the run of a day and not for anything in particular.I think the people on the other end of the phone are bored.
I ran last night for 6 miles.I did the ladder run the run4fun posted a while back.It was a good workout.I wanted to do weights as well but I wanted to watch American Idol.I picked t.v over working out, bad me!
I am going to try and cut back on carbs a bit over the next little while and see if it makes much difference.I felted really bloated last night and I think I may have eaten to many carbs.
Anyway,...if anyone got their workouts already..pleaseeee, give me the low down!

Morning ladies!

Sorry, Lori no workouts yet. I got my shipping notice, but get this - I was so certain that they'd be ready my Christmas, I had them sent to my parents house! Now I'll have to wait until they arrive there and my parents get them forwarded to me!

Did Imax 2 this morning, even though I thought about not doing it. Hard to get out of bed, and a little furstrated at myself for my eating lately. They've had the yummiest junk at work and I have done nothing to stop myself. Need to really make a committment to eat clean!

Going out of town Friday to Vermont to check it out, so I won't be able to check in much. Hopefully HC will be here when I get back! I have to do KPC, SJP, PUB, and Legs and Glutes in the next 2 days! YIKES>>>>
