Happy Thursday Girls.

I just got done with ME and the step cardio segment of BodyMax on the floor. I felt like lying on the floor. My legs felt heavier than they are! If that's possible!x(

What cardio are you doing? I wanted to do BC but DGT told me no more BC on lesson days!:7 I talked to him last night and he asked me what w/o I was doing this morning! He said don't even think of doing that BC thing you did last week.LOL I was like a jumping bean I swear.:D I couldn't strum or play a decent chord or note!
Today I'll do better. I've been practicing every day.

It is absolutley gorgeous here! It was 57 this morning at 6AM! Love it love it! Supposed to last a few days. Hopefully I'll get to walk.

Did we decide about Aug.1 for the Aug. rotation?

Hope you're just about ready to go Jess! Tomorrow is the big day!

Hello!

I did SJP this morning but substitued all leg work during the weight segments since I did PH yesterday. Call me crazy but I even added sets of plie jacks. Gotta shrink that lower body!

I am about finished packing - at least for now because I am out of boxes, but my brother is bringing some up tonight. Today is cleaning day. I am cleaning the fridge, yuck! I don't know which is worse the fridge or the oven, but we divided it up so no oven cleaning for me.

Kali, how's that song coming that he got the chords for just by listening to it on the radio? When so you leave for vacation?

Kali-Oct 1 won the vote for the get together. No BC today for you?!? :eek: Now you must do it TWO times next week! :p I should watch what I say, you are one gal who is crazy enough to do that! lol }(

Jessica-Hope you didn't have too much fun cleaning your fridge today!:+ :p :+ Here's wishing your move goes smoothly.

I did intervals 1 thru 5 of lowmax plus ph abs.

I probably could have done all of lowmax physically speaking but my mind was on other things so it was hard for me to concentrate so I stopped after 5. Once I get tired it gets harder for me to concentrate also so intervals 6 and 7 could have ended up being a laugh riot of mistakes had I continued. :p Here are the HRM stats:

***based on 39 minutes: avg hr 149 high hr 172 cal burn 519***

I am gonna come back later and post the w/o's in the aug 2004 rotation that I do not have and I will post everything I DO have and if I could get some help planning out subs that would be wonderful!:) August 1st is my goal to start the rotation!

Ok, well I gotta run for now. Have a few things I gotta take care of!

Good job w/ the LowMax Wendy. What's on your mind? Are you OK? It is hard to work out when you're tired. The only bad workout is NO workout. Right? :)
So it's Oct. 1. Great. I saw Cathe was online before and asked her about meeting her. She isn't sure that far in advance if she'll be there that Saturday. Well you can read it for yourself. It's over in the "Ask Cathe forum" Ok. So what do we do next? Find a hotel?

My lesson went great. I did much better this week. My song is coming along. I'm only learning the 1st 4 chords of it so far, but I am able to hear myself playing it a little & he says that's great. Oh the song is "You & Me" by Lifehouse. It's one of my favorites right now. Although it probably won't be by the time I learn it!x(
He said to me "I'm glad to see you listened and didn't do Bootcamp today!"LOL! Honest to God. That workout is awesome.

Hey Wendy. BC is not on our rotation so we don't have to do it till we're done! }( I think maybe if we're starting Monday with the rotation, we should do BC before then.;-)
