Summer check in Wednesday, August 24,2005

Ended up finishing up my w/o after dinner...

I did MIS upper body + ab work.

Full w/o burned 630 cals today. :)
Took FOREVER doing lower and upper body work outs separately though...can't do this very often I guess...:p

Tmrw is a circuit w/o, extra cardio plus ab work.
