How the hec are all of you?

I'm continuing w/ the rotation and did SJP and replaced KickMax leg sculpting drills with the Lowmax Blast premix. Yes. I have found my thighs. SJP was so much fun! I'm going to start doing that one more often after the rotation.

Cleaning today, and starting to think about what I need to pack for vacation. 2 more days and we're off to 7 days on the BEACH!:7 I can't wait. Our condo is right on the ocean w/ it's own beach. It will be so nice just to get away from my house and relax! :)
I don't know how I'm gonna cope without you guys tho. I'm not kidding. x( :-(
I think I've become co-dependent on you all. ;-)

Well I've got to build an Imaginext Castle for the boys.

Day three of the rotaion done! It was to me easier then the last two days. Last night I did add in slow and heavy bi's. It had been hours since I did the day 2 workout and decided I wanted an upper body workout. I only have fit tv version but it was still a good workout I think! Hey Kali I can relate to your excitement. Ii am going to a beach in San Diego in22 days and I am counting down!

Good job Terri. I thought today was easier too. And more fun! That's so funny, I did PUB last night! I had time to kill, (a million things I could have done),BUT...I popped it in! Most of my wo's are the Fittv version. I get a DVD every chance I get, but sometimes I have to put the $ elsewhere. Anyway, I'm starting to see some definition in my arms so I want to stay consistent. I have ALWAYS wanted to have chisled arms and by next summer, I just may have em!:7

HI Ladies!

Today was ME on my rotation. It's done and I feel good and fried! I just ate a turkey sandwich and I'm working on my 3rd 15 oz glass of water for the day. I am trying to kick up my water intake BIG time as after Joey was born I completely lost it and that could be part of my stubborn scale problem! x( Now I'm off to feed Joey so I'll be back in a bit!

BTW-AUG 05 rotation ladies-GREAT JOB! No, AWESOME JOB!!!:7 :7 :7

Hi everybody!

Today was Errand Max for me - I've been zig-zagging all over town today getting things for the new place, etc. I desperately need some sort of mat to put down in the office/exercise room b/c the carpet is way too plush and I'm afraid that I'll catch my feet up in it and trip or something. I did some searching on other posts about the subject, but unfortunately, Home Depot and Lowe's (the only 2 main hardware stores here) no longer carry those puzzle mats that others have suggested. Neither do Target or Wal-Mart. Lowe's does carry interlocking mats that run about $20 per 3'x3' square, but I don't really want to spend $180. :eek:

Do any of you work out on thick carpet, too? I'm pretty used to thin, indoor/outdoor carpet, but this thick stuff will definitely get me into trouble if I'm not careful! I looked at a few websites, but I want to SEE the stuff before I go ahead and order it, ya know?

Anyway, today is DH and my anniversary and I think we're going hiking and then out to dinner tomorrow b/c he works late tonight. Got some champagne in the fridge for tonight, though! ;)

I work out think carpet, but it's not that plush anymore so it doesn't bother me. Every once in a while I'll get caught tho depending what I'm doing. Yes $180 is a lot for what you need. How about a craft store?

Glad you're getting your water in Wendy! I'll be doing ME as a replacement for something in this rotation, as I don't have all the w/o's involved. That is an awesome w/o. And yes it does FRY you!}(

Cleo- have a great time celebrating your anniversary! ;) Look in fitness stores like Modells and Sports Authority. I know my sports authority sells some type of puzzle matt stuff.

Kali- I was just thinking about telling DH about the dang GTG! I'm such a dope as I keep forgetting! LOL This is the norm for me though! :p I will tell him by this weekend...I PROMISE!!! :) I'm sure he won't have an issue with it, I just want to make sure he is aware so that Joey is taken care of while I am gone.

So I got coremax and my replacement sb/sjp dvd today! I also preordered the new step dvd! Too bad coremax was delivered AFTER by w/o! I would have thrown in a coremax segment instead of doing the ME abs! My rotation calls for abs again tmrw though so I can use coremax then! :) }( :)

Okay, well I have to go see what the description of PS legs is as far as length of the work out goes because that's on my rotation schedule for tmrw and I don't have it so I have to find a suitable substitute for it out of what I own...

Hi all!!

Boy have I missed you guys (and working out)! It took 3 hours on the phone to finally set up our internet. I was so frustrated and now I am over on my minutes on my cell. grrrr
Everything is slowly coming together and I hear ya, Cleo on all the running around buying new stuff.

I have to catch up on all the posts later but it sounds as if Aug 04 rotation is going well for everyone.
I don't think I will be able to start until this weekend, but I can't wait. I still think I am burning calories by unpacking all this stuff, painting and putting together furniture items. i just have to keep telling myself the end is near.

Kali ( the insane one :p ) decided to go with the Aug 05 rotation instead! I bowed out of that one! If you haven't seen it yet, go check it out, but be careful not be eating or drinking anything cause you just might choke when you read it! It's THAT evil!}( }( }(

I am doing the Aug 04 rotation, however, and really enjoying it. I don't have all of the work outs though and I am not a runner so I am making substitutions where needed as best as I can.

Let us know when you are ready to get down to business with your work outs again! :)

WOW is all I can say about that rotation. You certainly are brave, Kali. I cannot imagine BC back to back. Anyone who can do that is a hero in my book (and fabulously fit too)
Maaaaayyyyybe after Aug 04 Wendy and I will be up for that ;) I'm sure you can do it and and anxious to hear about how many inches you lose with this rotation.

Wendy, I hear you about the running. I used to run all the time but injured my knee awhile back and now have to take it easy with the running. I gave my treadmill to my mom after my injury, but my apartment complex has a gym so I may try to work running into the rotation since they are shorter runs. We'll see how my knee hold up.

I would like to give running a shot. I was never any good at it in the past but I never really gave it much effort either. I just can't do it in this nasty weather. I can't run if I can't breathe! lol I don't have a treadmill or a gym membership so I'll have to wait. Since it would depend on the weather I wonder if I should even bother at all...I live in Jersey so it's not like I have the best weather to exercise outdoors in most of the year! Plus the fact that I am pretty much a wimp when it comes to the heat and the cold! x(

Jessica is right...MMMAAAYYYBBBEEE after her and I complete the August 04 rotation...and about 5 or 6 MORE of Cathe's rotations-ahem...we will be ready to give the Aug 05 rotation a shot! ;)
