I think I might try running on vacation. Trotting I should say. I like to power walk, but when I run I feel horrible. x( So we'll see.

Good job so far with your rotation Wendy. I can't wait to see if you see a difference when you're done.

I'm doing BC because I already did Imax2 for Imax on Tuesday. I'm just going to do it once. I have my guitar lesson at 1pm. I hope I'll be able to play. It's not easy when you're still bouncing about.
I'm just screwing around here this morning though. I should be done working out already. I have to get an oil change at 9:30 so I can't start now. If I don't do it till like 10:30, I may as well chuck the lesson. :p Oh well, he'll just play for me and we'll talk about my fitness program which suits me just fine.:7

Hi Kali, I am doing a run innstead of imax2. I am going to do pub today at some point as well. I love upperbody Workouts. Did your legs feel sore today from your workout yesterday? Mine didn't:(. I have a lunch meeting with a xlient today. I always hate those as I am a picky person when I order! No cheese on sald, no dressing, salsa instead. They look at me like I am nuts! Well maybe I iam but I am very OCD about my eating. Even my cheats!

Did anyone else weigh or measure this month. I should measure and see if I lose inches. I don't really have weight to lose but wouldn't mind if I lost a couple inches off my hips. I may sound weird but I hate the hourglass figure, I orefer the look cathe has:)

Hi Terri. My legs aren't sore either. I did the blast premix from Lowmax. I don't have KickMax. They hurt pretty bad while I was doing it, but no DOMS today. That doesn't matter though.

I'm picky too. That's good that you do that. That's what makes the difference I think. I'm going Saturday so I think I'm going to go on Fitday and punch in a bunch of stuff that I'll be eating at the shore so I won't go over my percentages too much. I'll feel better knowing the cheesesteak w/ mushrooms I'm inhaling is figured into my calorie intake for the day! It will probably be the only thing I eat that day tho!:7 LOL.

I measure every Sunday. I lost a total of 7 lbs. in July!:7 Maybe I'll start doing it monthly instead of weekly. Cathe looks awesome. I'm only 5'2 and would loooovvve to look like her. Next summer. All good things in time.

I guess I have to w/o now. I don't know why I don't feel like it today. Oh well. Once begun half done right?

Hi girls!

I still haven't found any good mats yet for my exercise room! x( But I will NOT let that deter me from doing MM tonight!!! I feel guilty cuz this will be the first "official" workout I've done since the big move - although I guess you could count lifting heavy boxes and trucking up and down a million sets of stairs as some type of exercise. Actually, I think DH and my family were pretty impressed when I was moving the "big boy" boxes all over the place without grunting and complaining. :D Guess PUB is really working!!!:p

Anyway, still running errands today. DH and I did dinner and a movie last night - hiking was out b/c of the ungodly heat topping out at 94 degrees yesterday - YUCK!!! (no pool comments allowed, Kali! Wendy and I are still very jealous of your refreshing dips in the pool! :) ) Let's see, this is 3 years for DH and me . . . and the 4th place we've now moved in to. I can't wait to buy a house!!!
