Happy Friday Ladies!

It's supposed to be a really nice weekend here in NE PA. Too bad we have no plans. :-(

I'm doing SH L&S's today and I think the cardio from LowMax.
Are we starting the rotation Monday?

Wendy everything ok? You disappeared yesterday! I let a few TriStaters know there'd be a thread w/ details soon as we have some and that Oct. 1 is the day.

Happy Moving Day Jess! Hope it all goes smoothly! Hey, you could press some boxes over your head while you're carrying them! That'll burn some calories! :7 Seriously. I'm glad you're getting in your new apartment. Keep us posted.

What are you up to today Wendy? Did you write down all the w/o's you need and have for the rotation? I'm still working on mine.

Hello!

I thought I might have to start the post today since I am up so early, but you still beat me to it, Kali.

Today is the big day. Luckily it is not supposed to be a scorcher today. However there is a Cubs day game today and the Uhaul place is across the street from Wrigley. This could be interesting - weaving a truck and trailer through traffic and crowds of people. Keep your fingers crossed.

Monday works for me for starting the new rotation - I should have my workouts unpacked by then. I might not post until Monday night or Tuesday because the cable guy is supposed to hook up our internet Monday night.

Hey Ladies.

Sorry I disappeared yesterday...I had some stuff to take care of and then before I knew it was time to cook dinner.

I actually have to run out the door very soon for a bit but I should be back a little later.

I gave the Gauntlet a shot today. I'm not sure how many circuits I completed...maybe 4 out of 7? I wasn't counting and the w/o got cut short b/c Joey was fussy. :-(

Here are the HRM stats on it based on a 28 min w/o not including w/u and c/d-stretch:

***avg hr 139 high hr 159 cals burned 333***

I'm lovin' this Terminator dvd!}( }( }(

That's all I have time for right now but I'll be back!

Hi again.

Okay, I looked over the Aug rotation and there are 5 work outs that I will need a sub for.

Imax 1 is easy....Imax 2

PS Legs...I'm thinking Maximum Intensity Strength's leg work or the Power Hour leg work. Which do you ladies think is better? I also have the Pyramids. Is more strength focused than one of the other 2?

HSTA...I have a few circuit work outs to choose from and I hear HSTA is pretty intense so I will probably plug in Boot Camp, the Viper or the Gauntlet here rather than C & W as that is less intense. Sound good?

S&H Legs...I guess I will use either Power Hour or MIS again here. Which ever one I didn't use on the PS Legs day.

MIC...Okay, this was a tough one to mimic...I'm thinking a combo of circuit max (w/o weight segments) and step and intervals back to back?

Oh lord, what have I gotten myself into by agreeing to this rotation!?! :eek: }( :p I hope I survive it! lol It calls for L & G in full! Never did that before...I guess I will have no choice now, huh? :eek: I sense some major DOMS coming on!!!!

BTW-does HSTA contain core/ab work? B/C Boot Camp does and if I choose that as my sub I will choose the no core premix if HSTA has no core/ab work. If it DOES have core/ab work I would have to add it on at the end if I choose Viper or Gauntlet.

Oh and one more thing...what can I do as a sub for running? I can't run to save my life and the heat of summer is not the time when I'd like to begin attempting it!:p (I don't have a treadmill)

Sure you can join in Terri! The more the merrier! Aug. 04 was suggested to me because I'm focusing on my lower body.x(
I started it this week, before I knew the others wanted to do it, and it feels pretty good so far. }( I'm going to start over Monday.

Thanks Kai and I may if I don't care for cathes August rotaion this year. I am missing some of the workouts for this one but think I could sub with others I have.
